TopFlicks User Agreement

Welcome to TopFlicks! This "User Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into by HONG KONG MEIRI TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (located at Room 1801, Easey Commercial Building, 253-261 Hennessy Road, Hong Kong, hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "Platform") and you (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "you") regarding the short drama viewing and interactive services provided by TopFlicks.

Please read the following terms carefully before using our services. By logging in, browsing, purchasing, or using TopFlicks in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms of this Agreement.

1. Service Content

We provide users with online streaming, purchasing, sharing, and interactive services for overseas short dramas. We reserve the right to adjust, update, or optimize the specific content, features, and operational rules of the service from time to time based on operational needs.

2. User Qualifications

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have full civil capacity to use TopFlicks. If you are under 18, you must use our services under the supervision and guidance of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account & Service Use Specifications

• Account Deletion & Data Removal: You may request to delete your account and associated data at any time directly in the app by navigating to: Me > Settings > Delete Account, or by contacting customer support via email at huliss@xgmri.com. Please note that upon account deletion, you will permanently lose access to your account data, viewing history, remaining virtual coins, and VIP status, with no option for recovery or refund.
• License Restrictions: TopFlicks grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app for non-commercial personal entertainment.
• Prohibited Actions: Users shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the app. Unauthorized commercial resale, scraping, or distribution of TopFlicks content is strictly prohibited.

4. In-App Purchases, Coins & Subscriptions

• Virtual Items (Coins): You may purchase virtual coins ("Coins") to unlock premium short drama episodes. Coins have no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency.
• Auto-Renewable Subscriptions (VIP Membership):
  • Subscription Plans: We offer weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly VIP subscription plans (e.g., Yearly VIP, Quarterly VIP, Monthly VIP) that provide unlimited access to designated short drama series.
  • Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account or Google Play Account upon confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your auto-renewable subscription at any time in your device settings (iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions; Android: Google Play Store > Account > Subscriptions).
  • Refunds: Purchases and subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable laws or platform policies (e.g., via Apple's official service channel at reportaproblem.apple.com).

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on TopFlicks, including but not limited to videos, short dramas, storylines, graphics, UI design, logos, trademarks, and software code, is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved by HONG KONG MEIRI TECHNOLOGY LIMITED or its content licensors.

6. Privacy Protection

We value your privacy and personal data security. For details on how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy. Using TopFlicks indicates your agreement to our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TopFlicks is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be completely error-free or uninterrupted. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Protection of Minors

TopFlicks is not directed at children under the age of 18. If a minor uses our platform with the consent of a guardian, the guardian shall bear full legal responsibility for monitoring and guiding the minor's online behavior and purchases.

9. Copyright Infringement Notice & Takedown

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe that any content hosted on TopFlicks infringes upon your copyright, please submit a written takedown notice to our official support team at huliss@xgmri.com. We will promptly investigate and take appropriate action.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) in accordance with the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted. The tribunal shall consist of one (1) arbitrator, and the arbitration language shall be English.
